Raintree Realty is owned and operated by longtime residents Phillip Cothron, Loyann Mann, Jack Mann and Carla Cothron. The company will service residential, commercial and municipal customers.

The new office is over 5,000 square feet and is located in the heart of downtown at 419 North Main Street and the public is invited to a daily open house in the new office facility.

In addition to front office and field work, the agency plans to use the internet for online communication and working with new customers.
